It's that crisp-whites-and-light-bites time of year, and we're celebrating with an array of super-summery dishes - and carefully selected wines to match. So, you're a fan of being wined and dined - in the comfort of your favourite Redhill pub - then this is a night designed to tickle your fancy.
Fresh seafood, seasonal veggies - such as asparagus and broad beans - are brought to life with those holiday-inspired flavours. Zesty lime, a sweet-hot-hit of chilli and a veritable garden of fresh herbs too. Blooming delicious.
Head Chef Jaydan may be persuaded to venture out from the kitchen - a little light applause ought to do the trick - to present his light bites and small plates. Our lovely in-house wine host Poppy will be introducing each of our totally toast-able white wines. Picpoul de Pinet and Gavi feature, alongside a rather special English sparkling wine too.
Seats at the table are limited, so please do pick up your ticket ASAP if you wish to join us for a bank holiday Sunday to remember.
