Tuesday 26th August, 18:30–21:30 at Enderby House
Join us for a flavour-packed evening as our Head Chef Callum goes tongs-to-tongs with special guest Natalie Coleman – MasterChef winner 2013 and Head Chef at The Garrison Bermondsey, in our first ever Chef’s Face Off. And you're the judge.
Each chef will serve 3 small plates - starter, main and dessert, for a 6-dish tasting experience full of creativity, bold flavours and a little friendly rivalry.
You’ll score each dish MasterChef-style and help crown the winner. Expect a buzzing riverside atmosphere, plenty of kitchen chat, and some top-notch cooking from two passionate chefs.
Callum Daniels, bringing bold flavours and creative flair to the
table for Enderby House:
- Crab & tiger prawn tortellini with asparagus and saffron
cream.
- Braised ox cheek tartelette with herb crust, watercress emulsion
and beef bone broth.
- Mango posset with coconut, vanilla and white chocolate
arancini.
On the other side, we have UK MasterChef 2013 winner Natalie
Coleman, guest chef from The Garrison Bermondsey, known for her
inventive dishes, bold pairings, and serious kitchen skill.
- Heritage tomatoes, watermelon, olive and whipped feta.
- Halibut, turnip and chicken sauce.
- Peach, goats cheese, honey and almond.
Tickets are £45 per person and include all 6 dishes, your judging card, and a welcome glass of Nyetimber on arrival.
