Join us for a truly unique evening as we bring the art of butchery to the heart of the pub. Watch our expert butcher from Sole Sporting break down fresh local game— from venison to a whole roe deer — while explaining the craft, the cuts, and the culinary possibilities.
Then, taste the results.
Our four course menu includes all cuts of game from pigeon popcorn
to buttermilk pheasant and, of course, our kitchen team's
speciality - the proper pub pie.
