celebrating the very best of British game at The Brewers
Inn.
On Wednesday 15th October we’ll welcome you from 7pm for a masterclass in game butchery, followed by a hearty dinner showcasing the finest seasonal produce.
Our evening begins with a short introduction to game and shooting, with the chance to see what’s currently in season. You’ll then be guided through hands-on preparation of pheasant and partridge before watching a full roe deer being expertly butchered. With plenty of time for questions, this is a rare opportunity to learn traditional skills in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
